Organic-soil removal in closed CIP or equipment-cleaning programmes

Tanks, process lines and filling equipment need hygiene programmes connected to the actual processing route.
Bottle washing, conveyors and filling areas solve different operating hygiene problems.
Floors, machine exteriors and surrounding production areas require OPC and sanitation attention separate from closed-process CIP.

CIP Cleaning Solutions
Organic-soil removal in closed CIP or equipment-cleaning programmes
CIP of process tanks and vessels
ALKAXA is Everklin’s built-caustic liquid cleaner for closed food and beverage process circuits. Its programme role is the alkaline removal of organic process soil from stainless-steel tanks, pipelines, pasteurizers and plate heat exchangers under controlled CIP conditions.
Cleaning performance depends on the complete cycle: effective pre-rinsing, correct concentration, circulation temperature, hydraulic coverage and sufficient action time. After circulation, drain the system and rinse with potable or process-approved water until the return is neutral and free from residual causticity. Final parameters remain subject to the current Everklin TDS and plant validation.

CIP Cleaning Solutions
Select when the residue, substrate and operating method match this documented product role.
Provides an integrated alkaline CIP route rather than an improvised caustic-only wash.
Positioned for cleaning performance where water hardness affects the wash.
Designed around circulation through tanks, pipelines and heat-transfer equipment.
Supports removal of food-process organic residues under validated conditions.
Drainage and neutral rinsing create a clear release point before production.
Concentration and cycle conditions can be matched to soil and equipment.
Final values remain subject to the current Everklin TDS and site validation.
| Condition | Use level | Temperature | Time | Method | Rinse / finish |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Routine CIP | 0.5–2% according to soil load | 65–75°C | Validated plant cycle | Controlled circulation | Drain and rinse to neutral |
| Heavy organic soil | Within approved label range after review | Within approved label range | Validate against soil release | CIP circulation with verified flow | Rinse; verify no residual causticity |
Pre-rinse the circuit and remove gross product residue.
Prepare and verify the ALKAXA working solution within the approved 0.5–2% range.
Circulate at 65–75°C using the validated CIP flow and cycle.
Drain the spent solution completely after the required cleaning action.
Rinse to neutral and verify no residual causticity before returning equipment to production.
